The Law Incarnate+

 … Versus …

GOD FORBID!

I the LORD, YHWH,

have called THEE+ 

in righteousness,

and will hold Thine+ hand,

and will keep THEE+,

and give THEE+ for a COVENANT+ 

 of the people,

for a LIGHT+ of the Gentiles;

To open the Blind eyes,

to bring out the prisoners 

from the prison,

and them that sit in darkness 

out of the prison house.

 I am the LORD, YHWH:

that is MY name:

and MY glory will I not give to another,

neither MY praise to graven images.

Isaiah 42: 6-8.

The marvelous workings of YHWH, The LORD GOD !  HIS heart is wide open to men. HE calls to them and invites them to HIMSELF.  This wonder-filled invitation comes through Our LORD  Y'SHU+ the M'SHIKHA.

How do we KNOW that ? 

Isaiah the Prophet tells us how it comes about. The LORD GOD , YHWH, brings forth the  M'SHIKHA+. 

HE gives the  M'SHIKHA+ a new place: as a COVENANT+ of the people and as a LIGHT+ unto the Gentiles.

This LIGHT+ is so great

that even the blind can see HIM+ !

... for HE+ opens the eyes

of the ones 

who are blinded at birth,

... in heart 

as well as in body.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly FATHER,

Hallowed be Thy Name, O HOLY FATHER, and the Name of Thy HOLY SON+ ,  Y'SHU+ the M'SHIKHA+. 

I thank THEE+ for Thy Law, for giving forth the Divine Standard of Right, for teaching me what is wrong, and that Thy Standard does not change.

LORD  Y'SHU+, I have been blind. I have walked around in the darkness of my own Self.  I have not yielded to The LIGHT+ of Thy Word and submitted my heart --- totally --- unto THEE+ . 

O, Save me... for I cannot save myself.

Deliver me from the coldness of heart I have towards THEE+ , and manifested likewise towards others. 

Forgive me for placing my demands on others to feed this Self of mine. 

Let me rather desire that others remember THEE+ , O LORD, instead of me. Let me rather desire others to draw close to THEE+ instead of close to me.

Grant me Thy+ Companionship,  M'SHIKHA+ and deliver me from clamoring for the attention and interaction of others.

Glorify this lonely existence of mine; sanctify it with Thy+ Presences, O  Y'SHU+. 

I can live without others; I cannot live without THEE+. 

Hear the cry of my pitiful little heart, O LORD.

THOU+ Who+ bringeth LIGHT+ to the gentiles and rest to the weary of heart, open up my eyes that I not blindly run after a fulfilling of Self, in the darkness of my soul. Awaken my spirit with Thy+ SPIRIT, O  M'SHIKHA+.

This I pray through the BLOOD+ of the Ever-lasting COVENANT+ given to us through Y'SHU+ the M'SHIKHA+ our LORD. Amen.

The Law of the DEAF ... as Established by The LAW+ Incarnate

O, How I Love Thy LAW+ !

Y'SHU+ the M'SHIKHA+

The Law Incarnate+

… Versus …

GOD FORBID!

Thou shalt not curse the deaf,

nor put a stumblingblock 

before the blind,

but shalt fear thy GOD:

I am the LORD.

Leviticus 19:14.

The deaf cannot hear if we curse them. They cannot take heed and hide themselves from the attack. 

 .

They cannot defend themselves. They do not even realize they are being cursed and mocked. They are defenseless, humanly speaking.

.

HE that planted the ear,

shall HE not hear?

HE that formed the eye,

shall HE not see?

Psalm 94:9

.

But there is ANOTHER ONE+ --- the DEFENDER+ of the Weak and Helpless --- Who+ does hear those curses and reacts with Great Displeasure toward those who curse the deaf.

.

HE+ shows His+ great displeasure toward those who curse the deaf like this:  HE+ turns a Divine Deaf Ear towards them.

.

When trouble arises, when sickness and disease descend, when the woes of this world arrive with a vengeance... the Divine Ear becomes Unhearing.

.

Just like His+ Word was "un-heard" and UN-HEEDED, the Divine Ear now cannot seem to hear, either, for those who curse the deaf. 

.

Cry though they might, those who cursed the deaf cursed the wrong one , for Our LORD took those curses as though they were flung at HIMSELF+.

 .

 HE+ was the ONE+ offended !

If no-one ELSE 

heard the curses,

HE+ DID !

.

Furthermore,

HE+ hears the curses

of our hearts...

even

if they do not pass

through our lips.

.

The LAW+ Incarnate "hears" all of our curses against the deaf… and our secret curses against those who hinder us.

 .

The Law of Scripture, The LAW+ Incarnate, teaches us to protect the handicapped, the weak, and the helpless. Those who have no power to protect themselves. 

.

This Divine Law is, again, a Universal Law that is applicable to ALL of mankind, regardless of culture , country, or creed.

.

This Divine Law to protect the Deaf, Blind, Weak and Helpless, is UNBREAKABLE. That is, if we transgress it, then WE are broken, for the Law STANDS.  

.

It is immutable, unchangeable. It is established by Divine Decree.

.

IF WE DO NOT abide by that DIVINE, Universal Law, then the Defender+ of the Weak and Helpless sees to it that we will become weak and helpless, in some very uncomfortable way... sooner or later. 

.

No matter who we are.    

 .

This is one of those Divine Promises that no-one wants to claim.  

.

It follows the Divine Law of Sowing and Reaping. And this Divine Law is also applicable to every person regardless of country, kindred, or creed.

.

 HE+ cannot keep Himself+

from bringing Divine Justice to bear.

 .

Why?

 .

Because HE+ is the LAW+ Incarnate.

 .

O, How I LOVE Thy LAW+ !

Dear Heavenly FATHER,

Hallowed be Thy Name, O HOLY FATHER, and the Name of Thy HOLY SON+ ,  Y'SHU+ the M'SHIKHA+.

O HOLY FATHER, THOU Who  heareth all and sees all the curses I have had in my heart, I humble myself under Thy Divine LAW+, The LAW+ INCARNATE.

.

I have not cursed the deaf, but LORD, YOU+ know I have cursed at others in my heart ... in traffic, on the job, when shopping, or trying to park the car in a crowded lot ... and no-one heard me. ( Not many, anyhow.)

 .

I have cursed those who hindered my program, as well as cursed those who hurt me. I did not bless my enemies, but cursed them.  

 .

No, they did not hear me. No-one did, for the curses did not pass out of my lips; they were only in my heart and mind ... so I thought I was okay.

 .

I was wrong and deceitful before YOU+. My heart is dreadfully wicked; who can know it ? YOU+ can ... and do.

 .

Cleanse the thoughts of my heart, and teach me to perfectly please THEE+ and worthily magnify Thy HOLY NAME, through The M'SHIKHA+ our LORD . Amen.

The LAW of the BLIND ... As Seen Through the Eyes of The M'SHIKHA+

Y'SHU+ the M'SHIKHA+

The LAW+ , Incarnate+

… Versus …

Thou shalt not 

curse the deaf,

nor put a stumblingblock 

before the blind,

but shalt fear thy GOD: 

I am the LORD.

Leviticus 19:14.

Leviticus, the Book of the Law, shows us  M'SHIKHA+, the LAW INCARNATE+. We all know the righteousness written in The Law of Moses:  We are NOT to put a stumbling block before a blind person.  

He cannot see it. He will hurt himself and would be helpless to keep from it. It is hurtful ENOUGH to be blind; he does not need yet another hurt in his life.  The blind are helpless to protect themselves in this world.  

 

If we do such a thing, The LORD will look upon us as a great transgressor of HIS Law. In other words, the Law of not putting a stumbling block before the blind cannot be broken; it stands forever, for everyone. It is unchanging and universally applicable. 

How do we know that ?

Undoubtedly and regardless of our great position in life, The LORD will see to it that an UNFORESEEABLE stumbling happens unto us, should we break this UNBREAKABLE, Divine Law. 

That Divine Law is also immutable and universally applicable no matter who we are or where we live or what culture we inhabit:  the Law of sowing and reaping.  If we make the blind to stumble, HE will bring an unforeseen stumbling upon us that will hurt us.

Now then, there are OTHER applications of this Law found in Leviticus 19: 14, and the New Testament is full of them. Here is one of them.

But [ we ] have renounced

the hidden things 

of dishonesty,

not walking in craftiness,

nor handling 

the Word of GOD 

deceitfully;

but by manifestation 

of the Truth

commending ourselves

to every man’s conscience

in the sight of GOD.

But if our Gospel be hid,

it is hid to them that are lost:

In whom the GOD of this world

hath blinded the minds

of them which believe not,

lest the Light

of the Glorious Gospel 

of the M'SHIKHA+,

Who+ is the image of GOD,

should shine unto them.

2 Corinthians 4: 2-4

Are we so living...

 that the spiritually blind ones may see The LORD ?

Yes, there are WAYS to shine the Light of The M'SHIKHA+ into dark, blinded souls.  Scripture tells us they are blinded by "the god of this world." 

But, when The Light+ of  The M'SHIKHA+ shines, the darkness comprehends it NOT ! The tiniest match lit in the darkest cave SHINES !  All can see it.

Usually, to bring forth the Light+ of The M'SHIKHA+ to the "blind" requires us to go to the Cross. When we take our Selves to the Cross --- dying to Self, living for Y'SHU+ The M'SHIKHA+ --- in the normal duties of life, the DEAD and DYING worldlings do something:  they notice. 

They NOTICE someone who is NOT running with the crowd, using filthy language, living an unholy life-style.   

They notice someone who is wearing a Christian habit.  They notice someone who is reading The Word instead of an "unclean" magazine on the plane. 

The spiritually-blind notice someone who is separating himself to remain CLEAN.  They notice someone who will not "take a drink" of alcohol. They even notice someone who is eating "kosher" food !

For blind ones, they "see" quite a lot, don't they ? 

Are we putting a stumbling block

before the eyes

of the spiritually-blinded ones

by our own, 

comfortable, blended-in,

worldly life-style ?

Are we putting a stumbling block

before the eyes

of the spiritually-blinded ones

by our behavior,

our foolish jesting

or harshness of spirit when shopping

or complaining spirit,

when in public ?

When we raise our children ( and grand-children), are we putting a stumbling block to Y'SHU+ before their dear... but blind ...little eyes ?

Are we outward Christians ... until the dinner is not cooked right or on time ? Do we pout or throw muted "fits" of anger  when things break or do not go our way, at home ?

Let us, therefore, take heed.

Our LORD is the LAW+ , made flesh and blood, made in the likeness of men.  HE+ is the LAW INCARNATE +.  The ELOHIM does not destroy HIS Law; HE+ fulfills it.

Our LORD expands the Law, moving it from merely outward observance to INWARD APPLICATION.  And, that application is always of a Spiritual nature ... an application of the heart.

His+ Divine Laws are immutable

... just like HE+ is.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly FATHER,

Hallowed be Thy Name, O HOLY FATHER, and the Name of Thy HOLY SON+ , Y'SHU+ the M'SHIKHA+. 

I thank THEE+ for Thy Law, for giving forth the Divine Standard of Right, for teaching me what is wrong, and that Thy Standard does not change.

Forgive me for making the spiritually blinded ones to stumble. I should have been a Light+ to them. Forgive me for dropping my witness to the blind, that Silent Witness that requires a change of attitude and behavior to bring myself in line with THEE+, O LORD  Y'SHU+ , and with Thy+ Cross.

Help me to change, to pick up my Cross daily, so that even without a word spoken, I reflect Thy+ Light, that Light+ which the darkest of soul cannot refuse to see... whether he turns or not.
