For whatever reason, Mr. Rood REFUTES Scripture in Matthew 28: 18-20 with NO SUPPORT whatsoever from  the Greek and Aramaic manuscripts.

There was indeed a RENEWED COVENANT between The ELOHIM and the people of GOD.
